What it is
Calm Clarity is a simple liquid extract of five organic herbs, steeped in alcohol. Several of them are herbs your grandmother might have grown in the garden or brewed as tea. Every ingredient is listed below, with nothing hidden.

- Lemon balm leaf, a garden herb in the mint family with a fresh lemon scent, enjoyed in European kitchens and teas for centuries.
- Chamomile flower, the familiar apple-scented flower of a classic evening tea.
- Oatstraw, the green tops of the oat plant, a traditional folk herbalism staple.
- Celery seed, used in traditional herbalism and in the kitchen.
- Schisandra berry, known in China as the “five-flavor fruit” and used in traditional Chinese herbalism for centuries.
Suggested use
Adults: take 1-2 droppers as needed. Shake well before use.
