Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can reach us at info@beautyabounded.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns due to the nature of our products. If you have an issue with your order please email info@beautyabounded.com and we will refund for any damages incurred during transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items.

Refunds
If a refund has been processed, you will receive a notification via the email you used to make your purchase with. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
